The studio is co-owned by Cynthia Shipley and Tasha Norman Jacobs.

Cynthia Shipley, is a master pilates teacher trainer and together they created the studio as a gathering space for clients, apprentices, and teachers in the tri-state area and strive to be an international hub for the Romana's Pilates community.

With private and group offerings in Pilates, adult gymnastics classes, and an extensive range of workshops, seminars, and certification opportunities, we hope to provide superior Pilates training as it was originally passed down by Joseph Pilates for generations to come.
